O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to cancel or withdraw the Look Out Notice issued against the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is now employed in Qatar as Site Engineer in a Company called MAERSK. Previously, he was directed to work from home. Later, the above said permission was revoked by the concerned company and directed to join duty on or before 10th May 2023. The above said e-mail is also attached along with the typed set of papers. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that final report was filed before the concerned Court and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.558 of 2023.

4.Since the final report has already been filed and taken cognizance, if the petitioner wants to go abroad, he has to get permission from the concerned trial Court as per the procedure. 5.Let the petitioner approach the concerned Court for permission and after getting permission, he can leave the Country. On permission being granted, automatically, the lookout notice will stand cancelled. 6.With the above said directions and observation, this writ petition stands disposed of.
