ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.) We have perused the grounds raised in this review application seeking to review the order of this Court dated 02.02.2024. 2.We are of the view that the appellants/State taking advantage of their own fault in sending the eligible candidates for training, is indirectly depriving their right of getting promotion. The order of this Court, which is sought to be reviewed, is explicit and requires no reconsideration. Accordingly, this review application stands dismissed. We make it clear that if the respondents are not given promotion pursuant to the order of this Court, the same shall be given as early as possible. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
