Today, a compliance affidavit has been filed by the 1st respondent herein, stating that a sum of Rs.25,57,13,490/- has been deposited to the credit of Additional District Court, Palani on 01.08.2023 by way of cheque and it is also informed that the petitioner has withdrawn the said amount. Therefore, the contempt petitions are closed. Consequently, the connected Sub Applications are also closed. No costs.
