O R D E R
This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking a modification of the order dated 20.03.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.20720 of 2021, on the ground that the petitioner could not bring it to the notice of this Court about the representation said to have been submitted by the petitioner through registered post in the year 2012 and in the light of the above, this Court has granted the monetary benefits only from the year 2018.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that had the representation dated 05.03.2012 been brought to the notice of this Court, this Court would have granted monetary benefits with effect from 05.03.2012. Hence, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks modification of the order passed by this Court in the writ petition.
3. This Court, having considered the submissions, is not convinced, as the order already passed by this Court in the main writ petition cannot be modified on the grounds urged before this Court.
4. Accordingly, this writ miscellaneous petition is closed. However, it is left open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy, which is available to him, in accordance with law.
