Further the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent also submit that the petitioner is having previous cases and already he was detained in Goonda's and subsequently to release.

2. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail cancel to the petitioner.

3. In the above said circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
