ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 392 r/w 397 and 506(ii) I.P.C in Crime No.562 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 24.07.2018 at about 10.30 a.m when the defacto complainant went on the junction of Chinthamani Road, at that time, the petitioner herein stopped him and demanded money. When the same was refused by the defacto complainant, the petitioner robbed Rs.500/- and threatened the defacto complainant at knife point. Hence, the complaint. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that there are six previous cases are pending against the petitioner and all are severe in nature.
