ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings issued by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.H9/3847/2023 dated 02.05.2023 and consequently directing the respondent to add the surname SINNIAMOURD in the petitioner's mother's name in the birth certificate of the petitioner and issue the same to the petitioner.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned appearing on either side would submit that the mother's name of the petitioner has been changed and new Birth Certificate has been issued to the petitioner.

3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
