ORDER

The petitioners have approached this Court with a grievance that the respondent police are harassing them under the guise of enquiry. 2.There is no representation for the petitioners. 3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), who takes notice for the respondent police submits that petitioners' son eloped with the wife of 3rd respondent. Therefore the 3rd respondent has lodged a complaint and he has also filed a habeas corpus petition before this Court. According to the learned Government Advocate, the petitioners' son is living with the wife of the 3rd respondent in Chennai. Therefore, they have closed the complaint of the 3rd respondent and the petitioners' appearance is not required.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate, this criminal original petition is closed, as no further order is required to be passed.
