ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue the Non-Traceable Certificate of the missing sale deed bearing Document No.4956 of 2013 to the file of the Sub Registrar Office, Aranthangi, dated 02.12.2023 based on the petitioner's application, dated 13.12.2021 in CSR No.1573 of 2021 pending on the file of the second respondent. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's sale deed bearing Document No.4956 of 2013 was misplaced, thereby, he made a complaint before the second respondent police to issue non-treaceable certificate and the same was not considered. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition with the above said prayer.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that for issuance of Non Treaceable Certificate, the Director General of Police issued a circular on 01.04.2022 and as per the circular, the petitioner's application will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed. 2/4

4.Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents police to consider the petitioner's application dated 13.12.2021 and pass appropriate orders, as per the circular issued by the Director General of Police, dated 01.04.2022, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
