ORDER

The petitioner, with a grievance that the pensionary benefits was not paid by the respondents, has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to settle the pensionary benefits and monthly pension from July 2016 onwards with interest at the rate of 24% per annum.

2. Today, when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the request of the petitioner for pensionary benefits has already been considered and rejected by proceedings dated 19.12.2024.

3. In view of the said submission, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 19.12.2024 in the manner to law. No costs.
