The contempt petition has been filed alleging disobedience of the order in W.P(MD)No.2491 of 2014 dated 04.10.2019 by the contemnors/respondents.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Civil side) appearing for the respondents submitted that they have preferred an appeal in W.A.(MD)No.1718 of 2021 against the order passed in W.P(MD)No.2491 of 2014 dated 04.10.2019.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. This petitioner is at liberty to reopen the Contempt Petition, after disposal of the Writ Appeal.
