As recommended by the first respondent, the petitioner's application seeking compassionate appointment has not been considered so far and hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to act in line with the recommendations of the first respondent / District Collector, Virudhunagar, in proceeding No. A6/1347/2015, dated 23.04.2015 and pass necessary orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
