This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Police would submit that on the complaint given by the de facto complainant, the enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.
4.It is made clear now, that the complaint has been closed, the second respondent shall not harass and call the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
