Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 08.07.2017 and to register and release petitioner's sale deed in favour of one M.Kirubakaran in respect of land situated in Kurumpapatti Revenue village, Dindigul North Taluk, Dindigul District in Survey No.79/6, to an extent of 231⁄2 cents.

ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to register and release the petitioner's sale deed, in respect of the land, admeasuring 231⁄2 cents, comprised in Survey No.79/6, Kurumpapatti Revenue Village, Dindigul North Taluk, Dindigul District. 2.Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents.
3.By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the stage of admission itself. 4.Heard both sides.
5.The petitioner made a representation dated 08.07.2017, to the second respondent, seeking to register the sale deed given in favour of one Kirubakaran, by the petitioner, in respect of the land admeasuring 231⁄2 cents, comprised in Survey No.79/6, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Kurumpapatti Revenue Village, Dindigul North Taluk, Dindigul District and also release the same.
6.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice, if the representation of the petitioner, dated 08.07.2017, is directed to be disposed of by the second respondent, as per law. He would further submit that the petitioner already paid necessary stamp duty for the same. 7.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for, this Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 08.07.2017, and pass appropriate orders on its own merit and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 8.The writ petition is disposed of as above.
