ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused number not known apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under sections 3(2)(b), 4(2)(c), 5(1)(d) of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 and 269 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, in Crime No.Not Known of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner is pimp and involved in the business of prostitution. No case is registered with the respondent police. CRL OP(MD). No.12575 of 2020 Station in Crime No.2344 of 2020. That the case is under investigation by K.Puthur Police station and the petitioner being a pimp and involved in large scale immoral activities. The police require some more time to investigate the matter thoroughly and in the event of releasing the petitioner on anticipatory bail at this point of time, the same may tamper the investigation. 3.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
