ORDER
This petition is filed seeking quashment of the First Information Report in Crime No.338 of 2021 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13445 of 2021 report was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam. It is also taken on file in PRC.No.17 of 2021. 3.Since the case has been taken cognizance and now, it is in the committal stage, liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout his remedy before the concerned Court through appropriate proceedings as seeking quashment of the First Information Report in Crime No.338 of 2021 has now become infructuous. 4.With the aforesaid liberty, this petition is disposed of as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
