Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.This petition is filed after expiry of time granted to surrender and execute sureties by this Court. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that there is delay of more than three years to surrender and execute sureties by this Court. 5.Considering the reasons stated in the petition is not satisfied.
