Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in C.C.No.177 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate , Thiruppathur, Sivagangai District for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 324, 506(ii) I.P.C, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in C.C.No.177 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate , Thiruppathur, Sivagangai District. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued on 30.01.2017.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4. Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppathur, Sivagangai District within a period of two weeks from today and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him.
