ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to file appeal before the Commissioner and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.Giving liberty as above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed. No costs.
