2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry has been undertaken in C.S.R.No.683 of 2023. During the course of enquiry, the parties have given undertaking that they will resolve the issue through appropriate civil process. It is further seen that the petitioner has also given undertaking that he will return the money. Hence, the above said complaint has been closed. 3.In view of the above said closure of the complaint, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. Let the parties resolve their issue through civil process.

4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
