O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] The prayer in the Habeas Corpus Petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's daughter, namely, Abirami, aged about 17 years and hand over her custody to the petitioner.
2.It is the case of the petitioner that she is having one son and two daughters. The detenue is her second daughter and the third respondent is her neighbour. From 23.10.2020, her daughter was found missing. The third respondent was not also available from that date. Hence, she lodged a complaint to the second respondent on the same day. Though a case was registered in Crime No.644/2020, no steps were taken to trace the detenue and hence, the present habeas corpus petition.

H.C.P.(MD) No.962 of 2020 3.Heard Mr.M.Prabu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Dinesh Babu, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.
4.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the petitioner and the detenue appeared before this Court through video conferencing. On enquiry, the detenue would state that she is ready to go with her mother, the petitioner herein and after three months, she wanted to marry the third respondent.
5.In the light of the above statement of the detenue, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
