O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner by considering his representation dated 24.04.2023. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the property was not measured so far. Only at the time of measuring the property the trouble has been made by the private respondents. But however, in paragraph 2 of the petition, it has been stated that survey was already undertaken and certificate was also issued. 3.Let fresh petition be filed by the petitioner by setting out proper facts and circumstances and the respondent police shall consider the same on its own merits and in accordance with law, by summoning the petitioner and the counter parties.
4.With the above said liberty and direction, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
