Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the second respondent for grant of patta in his name in respect of the property referred to in the Writ Petition. To that effect, he has already made a representation on several dates and the final representation was made on 03.10.2016, which, according to the petitioner, has not been considered so far.

4. Therefore, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the second respondent to consider

the above representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, also after hearing the rival claimants if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
