ORDER : The Court made the following order : This Criminal Original Petition has been filed the condition No.9 (ii) imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2554 of 2023, dated 31.5.2023, on the file of the Learned Vacation Sessions Judge,Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur.

2. Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the order passed by the learned Vacation Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case the learned Sessions Judge has passed the order. However taking into consideration the age of the petitioners the condition no.9 (ii) imposed on the petitioners directing them to appear and sign before the Kanyakumar Police Station, daily at 10.30 am., until further orders is alone modified to the effect that the petitioners https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.10907 of 2023 shall report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.
