3.Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, Learned Special Government Pleader for the Respondents 1 to 3, informs this Court that the spirit and tenor of the conditions appended in respect of re-tender/reauction notification, dated 12.07.2016, will be followed in true letter and spirit and the same is hereby recorded. 4.In view of the above, this Court comes to an inevitable and irresistible conclusion that nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
