ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to declare the petitioner as most suitable and eligible candidate to be appointed as Village Assistant, Visalur Village, Kulathur Taluk and direct the 3rd respondent to appoint the petitioner to the above said post at once.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.M.Mari Chellaiah Prabhu, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. None appears on behalf of the fourth respondent.

3.Upon perusal of the materials available on record, this Court finds that the official respondents, considering all the relevant aspects, appointed the fourth respondent in the said post and there is no reason for interfering with the said appointment. In view of the same, the petitioner shall approach the authority concerned for future appointment, if the petitioner fulfills all the eligible criteria.

4.This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
