This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records of the charge sheet in C.C.No.186 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sattur and quash the same. 2.Though the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has raised many grounds to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.186 of 2017, he submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the learned Magistrate to complete the trial within the stipulated period as fixed by this Court.

3. In view of the order going to be passed, notice to the second respondent is not necessary.

4.Since the C.C. is of the year 2017, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sattur is directed to conclude the entire trial proceedings in C.C.No.186 of 2017, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
