ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.08.2021 and pass orders.

2. The petitioner is seeking to register the will which is executed in his favour. However, the second respondent has filed counter stating that subsequently the will was revoked and it was executed in favour of her son namely, Jagadeeshwaran. Since the issue raised in this Writ Petition is civil in nature, the parties are directed to approach the Civil Court to seek remedy.

3. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
