ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- On 07.09.2021, this Court dismissed the Criminal Original Petition with a cost of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) and the said amount shall be paid to the credit of Government of Tamil Nadu, CMPRF in IOB, Secretariat Branch, Chennai-9 (Account No.11720 1000000070, IFSC Cose:IOBA0001172), within a period of four weeks and listed the matter today (i.e) on 20.10.2021 "for reporting compliance".

2.As per the direction of this Court, the petitioner paid a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) to the credit of Government of Tamil Nadu, CMPRF in IOB, Secretariat Branch, Chennai9 (Account No.11720 1000000070, IFSC Cose:IOBA0001172) and to that effect he has filed a cost memo before this Court. 3.The cost memo filed by the petitioner is perused and the same is placed on record. No further order is required to be passed in this Petition.
