This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent herein to give adequate police protection based on the petitioner's representation dated 12.07.2022. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today (ie., 21.07.2022), the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 12.07.2022 is available with the third respondent Police Station. 3.Recording the said submissions, the third respondent police is hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.07.2022 and to take suitable action on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also to provide police protection, if needed. 2/4
