ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.07.2018.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner dated 27.07.2018 shall be disposed of, in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there are no legal impediments. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
