ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation in crime No.585 of 2021 dated 23.09.2021 and to file the Final Report within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that investigation has already been completed and Final Report is made ready. Hence, he seeks time to file a Final Report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent is directed to file the Final Report before the jurisdictional Court immediately.
