ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.187 of 2023 on the file of the Chinnamanur Police Station, Theni District.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that so far four witnesses have been examined and the investigation in this case will be completed within a period of four months.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.187 of 2023 and file final report before the concerned Court within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
