This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the impugned order passed by the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No.7816/A2/2019, dated 26.06.2019 and consequently, direct the respondent to transfer the petitioner as Secondary Grade Teacher to the Municipal Elementary School, Karaikudi, Sakkottai Block, Sivagangai District,, within a specified time to be fixed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition, the the 4th respondent has transferred the petitioner to Panchayat Union Middle School, Nachankulam, Devakottai Union, by its proceeding in Na.Ka.No.333/m2 / 2019, dated 17.07.2019, for which, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has no objection.
