ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are in judicial custody since 11.08.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 511 I.P.C, in Crime No.303 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that on 11.08.2018, when the defacto complainant return from the bus stand after picking up his wife and daughter, two unknown persons ran from his unlocked house. Hence, a case has been registered.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioners.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions:
(i) the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aundipatti.
(ii)the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aundipatti, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders;
