2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents herein to conduct survey and to fix boundaries of his patta land referred to in the Writ Petition. To that effect, he has already made a representation on 27.12.2016, which, according to the petitioner, has not been considered so far.

4. Therefore, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the first respondent to consider the above representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

same, on merits and in accordance with law, also after hearing the rival claimants if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.No Costs.
