(Order of the Court was made by V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN,J.) The petitioner has challenged an auction sale notice issued under the SARFAESI Act, 2002 by the secured creditor. But the auction was fixed on 28.01.2016 and the writ petition filed on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
12.01.2016 was got numbered and brought up only today for admission. In the meantime, Mr.Pala.Ramasamy, learned counsel for the bank submitted that there were no bidders in the auction and hence, the auction could not go on. Consequently, the writ petition has become infructuous. Hence, it is closed. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P(MD)Nos.1030 and 1031 of 2016 are also closed.
