To suspend the sentence imposed against the petitioners in S.C.No. 134/2019 dated 08.12.2023 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Judge, (Fast Track Court), Kumbakonam and enlarge them on bail pending disposal of the above Criminal Appeal.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.Anand Venkatesh J.) This petition has been filed to suspend the sentence imposed against the petitioners in S.C.No.134/2019 dated 08.12.2023 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Judge, (Fast Track Court), Kumbakonam and enlarge them on bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. We find that the petitioners had already filed a petition in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.1127 of 2025 seeking for suspension of sentence and this petition came to be dismissed by this Court on 09.12.2025.

4. Since we do not find any change in circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain this petition and accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.

5. Considering the fact that the accused persons are inside the jail, Registry is directed to make the paper book ready and include this appeal for final hearing in the advance list.
