O R D E R

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the third respondent, to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 20.02.2021 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there was a sale agreement dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents herein. Based upon the criminal intimidation and threat, he made a representation to the third respondent, dated 20.02.2021. But, that was not considered.

3.A reading of the representation shows that the petitioner wants to get advance amount of Rs.1,00,000/-, which was given to the fourth respondent and when he demanded the same, he was criminally intimidated and abused in filthy language.

W.P.(MD)No.15691 of 2021 4.But, however, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that sofar no complaint has been received by the official respondents.

5.But, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he received phone call from the second respondent to appear before the Enquiry Officer and co-operate with him to complete the enquiry.

6.Since the enquiry has been undertaken by the second respondent based upon the complaint, given by the petitioner, the grievance of the petitioner is redressed and so, nothing survives for further consideration and direction in this petition. 7.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
