Respondents PRAYER:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Ref.Na.Ka.No.12/ka.Thu.Ka.Pa.U.Ko/Palani/2019 on the file of third respondent, dated 22.06.2019 and quash the same as illegal and consequently, seeking for a direction to direct the first respondent to grant permission to the petitioner and other members of the "Tamilar Vidiyal Katchi" Party to conduct the memorial meeting at R.F.Road on 14.07.2019 or any other date within time frame stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the third respondent dated 22.06.2019, thereby rejecting the representation of the petitioner, seeking permission to conduct memorial meeting on behalf of the "Tamilar Vidiyal Katchi" at R.F.Road on 14.07.2019.

W.P.(MD)No.15645 of 2019 2.It is seen that now, the period sought for by the petitioner lapsed and as such, the writ petition has become infructuous.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to submit a fresh representation on any other future date to conduct meeting.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh representation to the third respondent, seeking permission to conduct meeting and on receipt of the same, the third respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
