O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] The petitioner has filed this habeas corpus petition seeking direction to the respondents to produce her son, namely, Vijayakuamar, son of Rengan, aged about 31 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.
2. The petitioner would state that her son / detenu is working in Tirupur and he used to call her every week and holidays. The petitioner would further state that two weeks before her son said that he would come to her house, but, subsequently, did not call her and his Cell Phone is also switched off and her attempts to contact him went in vein. Hence, she lodged a complaint before the second respondent and the same is registered in C.S.R.No.1104 of 2020 under the caption "Man Missing", but no action was taken by the second respondent and hence, this habeas corpus petition.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the petitioner as well as the detenu appeared before this Court through Video Conferencing. On enquiry, the detenu would state that now he is working as AC Mechanic and Electrician in Tiruppur and he has married one Vanitha, who is a deserted lady. The detenu would further state that since his mother is not accepting the marriage, he is not able to go to her house and he will contact his mother over Cellphone.
4. In the light of the above statement of the detenu, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed.
