Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.MITHUNCHAKRAVARTHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.12534 of 2018, dated 26.07.2018. 2.This petition is filed after expiry of time granted to surrender and execute sureties by this Court. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that there was a delay of 15 days for getting the order copy in this case.
