Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, challenging the Grievance Committee's impugned order dated 13.11.2017 passed by the respondent as illegal, quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to award the marks in respect of the Paper-II (F) Q.No.10 and Q.No.35 to the petitioner within a time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the impugned order of the Grievance Committee, dated 13.11.2017 and to direct the respondent to award the marks in respect of the Paper-II (F), Q.Nos.10 and 35 to the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the grievance of the petitioner is addressed as the petitioner has received a communication from the respondent stating that the petitioner is qualified in the Tamil Nadu State Eligibility Test (TNSET) Examination.
