(MD) No. 6305 of 2025 dated 07.04.2025 in connection with Crime No. 19 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition No.7 clause (iv) imposed on 1/3

the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6305 of 2025 dated 07.04.2025 .

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 30 days.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition No.7 clause (iv) imposed on the petitioner by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6305 of 2025 dated 07.04.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on hearing dates.
