O R D E R

The respondents categorically state before this Court that unlicensed parking stands are not being allowed to operate. It is further conceded that the statement earlier made before this Court that license was issued in favour of one Shanmugam and Palaniammal was not correct.

2.It is further stated that the local body has issued communication dated 28.06.2024 in furtherance of the order passed by this Court and that is the subject matter of challenge in W.P.(MD)No.15701 of 2024. Till the noticees obtain a proper declaration in their favour, the undertaking now given before this Court shall be strictly adhered to.
