Respondents PRAYER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to direct the 4th respondent to give no objection to the petitioner for his son M.Abdul Javeed Akthar's marriage solemnization to be held on 16.09.2018 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 27.08.2018 within the period stipulated by this Court.
