Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DEVASENA.S, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed modify the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai District.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. This Court finds no merits in the petition and the order dated 23.08.2021 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai District in Crl.M.P.No.3910 of 2021 does not require any modification.
