ORDER

The petitioner got married to the respondent on 04.11.2016. The relationship between the parties appears to have come under strain. The petitioner filed H.M.O.P.No.112 of 2018 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Nagapattinam, seeking the relief of restitution of conjugal rights. The respondent filed H.M.O.P.No.59 of 2018 before the Sub Court, Pudukottai for divorce. The petitioner is based in Nagapattinam. Therefore, it will be difficult for the petitioner to go over Pudukottai and contest the proceedings there.

2.Since, the petitioner is a woman, in the interest of justice, this Court withdraws H.M.O.P.No.59 of 2018 from the file of Sub Court, Pudukottai and transfers the same to the file of learned Subordinate Judge, Nagapattinam, to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.112 of 2018.

3.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
