PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to measure the property to the extent of 200.76 square meter with a house therein in Survey NO.462, having Re Survey No.462/3E at Panagudi Village Part I, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District and fix the four boundaries of the same by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.12.2015.

Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondents to measure the property to the extent of 200.76 square meter with a house therein in Survey NO.462, having Re Survey No.462/3E at Panagudi Village Part I, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District and fix the four boundaries of the same by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.12.2015.

4. It is seen that the petitioner seeking for such relief, has made a representation on 29.12.2015. Therefore, it is for the third respondent to consider the said request and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law. Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, only with a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
