ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Though the petitioner alleges that there is an encroachment made by respondent No.5 in S.Nos.642/2 and 644/14, situated in between Mela Madavala Veedhi and Trichy - Pudukkottai Main Road, Keeranur, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukkottai District, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 4, on instructions from respondent No.4, submitted that Patta stands in the name of one Akilandammal.

2.In such view of the matter, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
